Have you ever been to a location and thought to yourself, “What a magical place! I wish I could live in this moment forever!” This is the feeling I get whenever I visit Annie Springs Close Greenway in Ft. Mill, South Carolina. It is the perfect location for any photo shoot, but I particularly love it for engagement sessions.
Kaitlyn and Kyle were such a sweet and loving couple to work with for their engagement photo shoot! I love when couples are able to forget about the camera and truly live in the moment—it makes for the most beautiful candid pictures. Even the more formal portraits come out better when they’re relaxed and just having fun. My goal is to highlight you in your best and most authentic form during your engagement session!
Boudoir Photo Session by Dawn Marie Photography
I was also able to shoot boudoir photos for Kaitlyn before their wedding day (for his eyes only!). She looked absolutely stunning, and we had a blast. If you’re on the fence about doing one, I highly recommend it! In addition to creating a jaw-dropping wedding gift for your future spouse, boudoir sessions are fun to do for yourself, too! I guarantee you’ll feel beautiful, confident, and sexy—the perfect vibe for your wedding day.
Why You Should Choose Annie Springs Close Greenway for Your Next Photoshoot or Event
Plenty of Greenery
It only makes sense that greenway would have lots of green space, but even the greenery is diverse here! Foliage always provides a beautiful backdrop in photos. At the Annie Springs Close Greenway, there are numerous options for backgrounds that are perfect for romantic photos. Ivy walls, dirt paths, grassy fields, and the sunset coming through the trees provide endless backdrops for different styles and looks throughout your session.
Add a bit of southern charm to your photos or event with the beautiful architecture located on this nature preserve. The Greenway has a super cute white dairy barn that has been converted into a wedding venue. (The Dairy Barn books up pretty far in advance, so be sure to reserve your spot quickly!) I also love the old pre-civil war homes on the property. The textured gray stone adds a unique historic element to your photos.
Lots of Space
The Annie Springs Close Greenway just keeps checking boxes because there is so much space! With over 2,000 acres, this hidden gem is a beloved location to fish, hike, camp, kayak, and more.
Not only will you have tons of options for photo backgrounds, but you will also have plenty of room for a wedding or party. The rolling hills and horse pastures make you feel like you are escaping into a pastoral painting—something you truly have to see to believe.
Access to Water
Some entrances to Annie Springs Close Greenway provide access to the lake as well. This gorgeous lake has several docks and cleared hiking trails surrounding it so you can get some water scenes in your photo collection, too.
